I bought this painting at a thrift store to paint over. Initially I planned to buy a painting with a frame I liked to completely cover, but I loved a lot of this one too much to just paint over it. I loved the trees, clouds and foreground. The only thing that didn't really fit my vibe was the barn so I decided to only paint over that portion. I wanted to make it more modern and was trying to figure out what to paint in that space. A lightbulb moment happened, I realized our house would fit in the trees perfectly.

I cut some flowers from the garden to spruce up the kitchen. Spring is by far my favorite season. 💐

This is my favorite shop in Lansdale and they have so many great things. It's part non-profit for @marvinshome who sells donated goods (lots of great vintage pieces!) and @smallbatchmercantile who sells all sorts of fun locally made gifts and homemade jams, jellies and spreads. I've been volunteering here and want to buy every single vintage sofa. If you're looking for unique pieces for your home or gifts for your friends, this is the place.

Happy Spring equinox! It's my favorite season and nothing is better than sunny days with flowers popping up everywhere. You can hear the birds are happy too 😊🐦

What I thrifted and how I styled it. I found these crystal candle holders at a thrift store and knew that I would find a place for them. At certain times of the year the light will come further into this room and then they'll make a prism rainbow. I can't wait for that to happen!

Last year I designed an entryway for a client and included a mobile in the design. Since then I have been thinking about making one and I finally did!

Many years ago during our first trip to Rome I bought these beads at a flea market. I finally used them to make a mobile! My first mobile was made with vintage chandelier crystals. You can make them with pretty much anything and now I'm obsessed with them.

My houseplant count is up to about 45! It's always in flux with some slowly dying and others being added to my collection.

I love ferns, but they are messy. Pothos are my favorite low maintenance plant. What is your favorite houseplant?
