I had such an awesome time at the @betterhomesandgardens @bhgstylemakerevent in NYC. It was so exciting to meet the BHG editors and fellow design + garden enthusiasts in person. The day included lots of great interviews, panel discussions and a cocktail hour with incredible people and views. I can't wait to make use of all of the information that I learned. #bhg #nyc #stylemaker

This week marks an exciting transition in my business. I get to devote all of my time to it, because I was laid off from my day job.  Brand*Eye Home has always been a side hustle and I am so excited to give it all of my energy and see what's possible.  If you've been thinking of working with me to design a new space for your home, now is a great time to reach out. We are enjoying the hell out of the new patio and rebuilt portion of the house. This area is sunny now so I planted a raised bed garden and it's doing fantastic. If you're new here, a tree fell on our house during a tornado Sept 1, 2021 and it damaged this part of the house and the roof. Check out my blog post for more photos.

Pick and Pop a few blooms in some vases and voila, instant happiness. I signed up for the @weaversway you pick CSA and get to pick fresh blooms and herbs every week. I don't know why flowers make me so happy, but they do.
